Atrius Health is seeking a fellowship-trained breast imager to join our outpatient-only practice in the Greater Boston area. You will join our congenial, steady and cohesive department of 28 radiologists, including a large cadre of fellowship-trained breast imagers, and be supported in your practice. The position includes breast imaging (mammography, ultrasound and MRI) and image-guided breast procedures. We are looking for a radiologist who is passionate about breast imaging and women s health.
Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for interpreting mammograms (including tomosynthesis), breast ultrasound and breast MR, as well as performing all related breast interventional procedures.
- Partner with strong breast surgery and breast oncology departments.
- Full-time and part-time applicants considered.
- Hybrid remote/on-site position possible.
- Reading other modalities is desirable but not required.
- Excellent work/life balance with minimal at-home after-hours/weekend coverage duties.
Qualifications
- Board-eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
- Massachusetts license.
- Fellowship training in breast imaging is required.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Desire to become part of an existing cohesive team environment.
